Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the nature and stage of service delivery.

  1. Full or partial refunds may be applicable if services are canceled within the permitted cancellation period.
  2. No refunds will be provided once the event execution process has started or services have been delivered.
  3. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Refund eligibility is subject to review and approval by Surprisz.
