Surprisz primarily provides event planning and experience-based services. However, in certain cases, physical items such as gifts, décor elements, or surprise props may be shipped as part of a service package or as a standalone product.

- Orders for physical items are processed within 2–5 working days after successful payment confirmation.
- Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to the customer in advance.

- Standard delivery timelines range from 5–10 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical delays, or regional restrictions.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Surprisz shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Damaged or Lost Items
- If any shipped item is received in a damaged condition, customers must notify Surprisz within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting images.
- In rare cases of lost shipments, Surprisz will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue and take appropriate action as per policy.
Service-Based Deliveries
For surprise events and experiences, delivery may occur in person at the event location on the scheduled date and time rather than through courier services.
